Janelle is a jack-of-all-trades at Sun's Out Swim School. She helps schedule lessons, greet swimmers and their families, and make sure Sun's Out runs smoothly. She helps design and run our website and social media pages. She also led the design and decoration of our pool area. Janelle grew up in Harleysville, PA and met Brian in Australia. Janelle holds a Bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and currently works as an Administrative Assistant & Event Planner for the University of Michigan. She loves to meet our swimmers so be sure to say hello!
Ms. Barbara is the host of Sun's Out Swim School - we couldn't do what we do without her! Her pool helped Brian learn to swim and love to swim. Ms. Barbara is from New Jersey where she raised her four children and owned a deli. After moving to Florida thirty years ago, she owned beach cottages in Indian Shores before settling in Largo. Barbara is now the proud grandmother of six and great-grandmother of three! She loves growing vegetables and herbs for the kitchen, word puzzles, bingo, and watching our kids grow from timid newcomers to confident swimmers!
Pippin and Zeppelin are Sun's Out Swim School's furry friends. Pippin is 5 years old and Zeppelin is 4. Our girls don't love swimming as much as the rest of us, but they certainly love your attention! Keep an eye out for two little Frenchie faces when you come for lessons!
